Occlusal Splints

Occlusal splints have never been easier or more precise than they are now with a full digital workflow. At Premium Dental Lab we can digitally design and print or mill a splint for your patient with nothing more than a digital scan, or impressions if that’s your preference.

One of the great benefits of a digital workflow is that should a patient lose, break or wear through their old splint, or even just want a refresh, it’s as simple as just pulling up the design on the computer and making another one exactly the same! Assuming it still fits well and no other dental changes have occurred, it can even be organised without the patient even needing to visit your practice, let alone having another impression or scan done. This saves not only time and money, but a lot of hassle for the patient as well!
